Additional Details / Inclusions: Black wool blend asymmetric blazer jacket. Tailored blazer with longline waist darts in front; armhole princess seams in back. Dramatic peaked lapel collar; buttonholes at each lapel peak. Deep “V” style neckline. Asymmetric draped detail at left front of blazer near neckline; excess fabric creating draping detail in front. Tailored two-piece long slightly flared sleeves with closed vent cuffs; single-button closure at cuffs. Structured square shoulders with shoulder pads attached at the interior shell of jacket. Two functional jetted pockets with flaps in front of blazer; single faux welt breast pocket at front right of blazer. Center front hidden placket button closure; single exposed button at top of button closures.
Alexander McQueen black blazer jacket containing the rare full date of birth informational label as well as iconic and rare lock of hair label found in select garment pieces from his early collections such as A/W 1994 “Banshee”, A/W 1996 “Dante”, and the iconic S/S 1995 “The Birds.” These labels contain locks of hair preserved in Perspex pouches that are sewn into the lining, or on the exterior, of these rare and iconic garment pieces.
B/BC - Good pre-owned / moderate signs of use (may have visible signs of use / imperfections). Additional Details: Scattered minor pinprick size imperfections to interior lining at back neckline, hem, center front; very faint pinprick size marks at interior button placket (not visible when worn, not noticeable except upon very close inspection). Some faint discoloration at back neckline interior lining; some very faint discoloration to interior underarm lining (not visible when worn, not noticeable except upon close inspection). Scattered pinprick size imperfections/marks to interior sleeve linings; Scattered pinhead/pencil head size marks/spots at interior left sleeve lining (not visible when worn). Very minor pinprick size run at center back exterior hem (not noticeable except upon close inspection).
