Additional Details / Inclusions: Oscar de la Renta ivory silk two-piece ensemble from the Spring-Summer 2004 Collection. Sleeveless crochet top is embellished throughout with white beads. Mock neck collar. Shaped nude lining at bust. Closes at back with hooks and eyes. Full ivory skit consists of nine full layers of tulle. Petersham ribbon waistband. Zips at side. Matching Petersham ribbon sash. There is a variation of this ensemble in The Metropolitan Museum of Art's permanent collection (2005.497.12a,b).
