Mock neck collar. Shaped nude lining at bust. Closes at back with hooks and eyes. Full ivory skit consists of nine full layers of tulle. Petersham ribbon waistband. Zips at side. Matching Petersham ribbon sash. There is a variation of this ensemble in The Metropolitan Museum of Art's permanent collection (2005.497.12a,b).
